Invest with Dhillon Dai Developments and help us deliver quality new housing solutions to the Waikato region and throughout. Receive an annualised fixed interest return (calculated annually and payment subject to special conditions and qualifying criteria – refer to our investment agreement). All investment funds will be directed towards pre-development cost (consenting, planning and design) and to fund build cost during the development. All capital will be invested directly into current projects and future developments.

A sister fund to the Dhillon Dai Development core fund, capital allocated under this fund allows us to fund more land purchases and provides us with the ability to complete and deliver more homes to our customers by ensuring that we have successive land to build on at all times.
A limited portion of the group’s capital is deployed towards land acquisition at any given time, allowing us to efficiently manage risk and key land exposure.
